The daughter of a third of the 80's Pioneering Hip-Hop group Run DMC, Angela Simmons interviews Fashion Designer Vivienne Tam wearing an animal printed cut out all in one. Funky reflective of her character but in my opinion not appropriate for this event.
TV Host Wendy Williams in a little black dress and large clutch photographed with Carmen Marc Valvo. Wendy carries of this simplistic but classic look well. I would add a pair of glossy nude / tan tights to this look to flatter the leg area. Also maybe a printed black fabric would have added a bit more character to this look.
Corrine Bailey Rae is front row in her simple black attire with a afro centric natural hair look adding red lipstick which adds a fierce edge and slight smoky eyes.
Front row at the Tracey Reece show the vibrant trio, June Ambrose, Solange Knowles and Aisha Tyler. June's very playful pinks blocked with orange worked well even with dramatic diva shades. Solange with a similar hair style and look as Corrine bailey Rae set her black attire off with a chunky gold necklace.
A popping pink lip shade would have been the icing on the cake for this look and really added a stylish edge. Ms Tyler's Animal Print a wardrobe choice for many A-Listers was very casually worn with natural make up. Again a wine lip would have set this look off.
